1. Acceptance
By purchasing or using kreen.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
2. License
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license to use kreen.ai on up to 2 machines. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software.
3. One-Time Payment
kreen.ai is sold as a one-time purchase. There are no subscription fees or recurring charges. Your license is valid indefinitely.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that cannot be resolved by our support team, we will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@kreen.ai.
5. Permitted Use
You may use kreen.ai for personal and commercial purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the generated content complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
6. Prohibited Use
- Generating illegal, harmful, or abusive content
- Reverse engineering or decompiling the software
- Sharing your license key with third parties
- Using the software for any unlawful purpose
7. Intellectual Property
kreen.ai and all associated assets are the intellectual property of kreen.ai. The AI models included are subject to their respective open-source licenses.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
kreen.ai is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall kreen.ai be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the software.
10. Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance.

Privacy Policy
1. Overview
kreen.ai is a local application. All AI generation happens on your machine. We are committed to your privacy and collect only the minimum data necessary.
2. Data We Collect
- Email address — collected by Stripe at purchase for order confirmation
- Machine ID — an anonymous hash (MD5 of hostname + MAC address) used solely for license activation
- License key — stored locally on your machine in a configuration file
3. Data We Do NOT Collect
- Your prompts or generation parameters
- Your generated images or videos
- Usage statistics or telemetry
- Browsing or behavior data
4. Local Processing
All AI generation is performed locally on your GPU. No prompts, images, or videos are ever transmitted to our servers or any third party.
5. License Verification
At launch, kreen.ai contacts our license server (kreen.ai) to verify your license key and machine ID. No other data is transmitted during this process.
6. Payment Data
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment transactions: stripe.com/privacy.
7. Data Retention
Your email and machine ID are retained as long as your license is active. You may request deletion by contacting us at support@kreen.ai.
8. Third Parties
We do not sell or share your personal data with any third party, except Stripe for payment processing.
9. Security
All communications between kreen.ai and our license server use HTTPS encryption. Your machine ID is stored as an irreversible hash.
